What is soft play?

Soft play is a play area where infants and toddlers can have fun and parents can enjoy their event knowing their kids are safe and free to explore while socializing and developing their gross motor skills.

What is the age policy?

In order for our play areas to be safe for infants and toddlers we have placed an age policy of 1-5 years old in the play area. Our Lavish and Lavish XL Experiences can accommodate up to 9 years of age.

When can I make reservations?

Please keep in mind to make reservations at least 1 to 2 months in advance as we do book on first-come, first-serve basis. Late reservations will depend on availability on your event date.

Do you have a deposit fee?

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit fee to reserve the date. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before your event. Packages are subject to tax and delivery fees. We accept payments through Zelle to dfwspexperience@gmail.com

How long is rental?

All rentals are up to 4 hours. Setup time does not count towards your rental time. Delivery hours are between 7am-12pm depending on furthest and earliest party. Please keep in mind that we have multiple parties scheduled on any given day. Additional rental hours desired are $100/hr. In some cases, we allow overnight pickup for indoor setups only. An overnight refundable cleaning fee of $200 is required on day of setup. This fee will be refunded only if all balls are placed back in ball pit and equipment is picked up in good condition. A separate damage fee will be applied, if necessary. 

Do you charge a delivery fee?

All deliveries within 15 miles are included in any package. For deliveries outside of the 15 miles there will be an additional charge.

How do I make my payment?

We accept payments via Zelle. Please let us know when sending payments. In memo add name and event date.

Do you have any rules for the play area?

Yes, we do. We strongly emphasize the following:

No shoes or heels (kids and adults).
No food, drinks, candy (cupcakes, gum, skittles, etc).
Absolutely, no face paint, crayons, markers, pens, chalk, silly string, glitter, confetti etc.
All equipment must stay in the play area.
Most importantly, HAVE FUN!

Why no face paint?

As fun as face paint can be for the little ones, it's sadly not fun for our equipment. Face paint strongly stains the vinyl on all of our equipment (soft play, ball pit, and bouncers) which can be claimed as damaged as it makes it impossible to clean off. If any equipment is damaged there will be a fee upon pick up. We strongly recommend to read over the contract at booking.
